The long awaited lasagna!!! My entire unit was super excited for this lab and the day finally came. We used our previously canned tomato sauce to make lasagna! We thought that our sauce was a little watery when we were layering the lasagna, but it turned out perfectly. I believe it is because the pasta soaked up some of the juices. I was completely satisfied with the results 🙂
