Obviously the funnest (but messiest) part of the whole project. DECORATING! With a lot of our design depending on icing, we were able to use a variety of piping tips to create patterns that we wanted. We also wanted to contrast the dark brown of the gingerbread and chocolate covered roofs, so we added some brighter colours such as green, yellow, and blue. Finishing off the house with red accents brought even more of a Christmas feel to the house. My first gingerbread is now complete. Truly an unforgettable moment 🙂
